Point of Contact explores the invisible yet omnipresent frequencies that move through and around the human body—oscillations of sound, memory, and emotion. The final shoot, set against the expansive horizon of New York’s Rockaway Beach, places the body in direct conversation with the rhythms of wind and tide. Garments composed of red sublimation prints, laser-cut waveforms, and sculpted tension points become receivers and transmitters of unseen pulses.
Rather than treating the body as a static form, this project imagines it as a resonant chamber—where sound is not only heard but felt; where movement both initiates and responds. The beach, as a liminal space between land and sea, amplifies this exploration. Here, waves echo the rhythm of breath. Fabric becomes a membrane between the self and the world. Each silhouette holds a quiet reverberation of inner turbulence, suspended between the softness of cloth and the geometry of structured tension.
Through distortion, layering, and movement, Point of Contact captures the fleeting instant when internal frequencies find their external shape—when vibration becomes form.
