How long have you been a photographer? What pushed you on this path in the beginning?

I have been a photographer since 2015. My journey began with training as a media designer in image and sound at HOFA GmbH in Germany. Initially, I wanted to work there because I made music and wanted to produce songs. However, in the marketing department, my then-boss discovered my talent in photography and entrusted me with leading the company's photo and video department. After completing my training in 2018, I started focusing intensely on people photography. Since I have a strong interest in personality and individual stories, I managed to capture the true potential of people in my images. 

Have you always wanted to make art?

Yes, I have always created art. I come from an artistic family and even paint cubist paintings in my free time. 

Tell us about your favourite shoot.

For me, there is no favorite photo shoot. Each shoot leaves a unique moment in my mind and is therefore special. People and their personalities make every shoot exciting and arouse my curiosity. 

What inspires you?

I am inspired by people and their pasts. Each of us has a unique story, and it fascinates me to see the strength and resilience in every life. I recognize that everyone carries deep pain, and it inspires me to see how they continue their lives with hope and inspiration despite everything. 

How would you characterize your style?

My style is an expression of my personality and my past. I would say that I highlight the inner strength of people in my images. My style is marked by strength and energy, often provocative and rebellious. 

What advice would you give to a beginning photographer?

I would say not to pursue photography according to specific techniques and formulas, but from inspiration and access to your heart. There is no general advice, as the best advice for any photographer is found within their own heart.
