You embody different images in your photo shoots, ranging from romantic-girly to glamorous-mysterious. Which ones are closest to your heart?

I've noticed that each model excels in images that align with their personality. I enjoy smiling, which is not often seen in photo shoots, as well as more elegant and classic looks. For example, the roles where I need to portray a strict and confident character are more challenging for me, especially maintaining a powerful and authoritative facial expression throughout the day. I've had many interesting shoots, but my favorites are the ones in incredible locations I wouldn't have access to otherwise. If I had to choose one, it would be the desert shoot in Dubai. We woke up at 3:30 in the morning (I really dislike early mornings, my face is not designed to be beautiful at 4 am). I started getting ready, makeup, hair, and then we headed out to the desert at 5 am to shoot during sunrise. It was incredibly magical, and I had no doubts about shooting in the desert. By 9 am, we were finished because it was very hot, around +40 degrees Celsius.

Looking back, what would you say was the most challenging in achieving the goals you set for yourself?

The most difficult for me was going through multiple stages of immigration. When you choose a modeling career, you are constantly required to change countries and start over again. A new country, without friends or family, everything unfamiliar - it always brings fatigue and confusion. However, over time, you adapt and find your place. Initially, I lived in New York, where there was a lot of modeling work, but then I decided that it wasn't the place I wanted to live permanently. My heart leaned towards Italy. And so, everything started anew - paperwork, finding new friends, and adjusting to a different culture.. And now, like many Ukrainians, I dream of the day when the war will end and I will be able to visit my Ukraine. It is my homeland, my roots, and a place of strength for me.

Daria, you have done runway shows and campaigns for renowned designers such as D&G and Elisabetta Franchi. Do you have any secrets to share about going through model castings, and what advice would you give to aspiring models?

My advice would be to be yourself. At first, it may seem like a vague piece of advice. I used to get frustrated myself when I heard something similar. I wanted more specific advice about clothing, behavior, and other aspects. However, over time, I realized how important it is to be true to yourself.

Your clients, shoots, and runway shows won't disappear. If you stay true to yourself, brands that align with your personality will choose you, and working with them will be much more enjoyable. It's important to find companies that fit your identity.

Ukrainian models are always valued because they possess an irresistible energy within them - a fire that cannot be ignored. So, don't be afraid to be yourself, unleash your energy, and you will confidently pass through castings.

What is your beauty secret? Which beauty products help you always look flawless?

The secret is both simple and complex - it combines the harmony of body and soul. Beauty starts from within, so I prioritize a healthy lifestyle to support my natural beauty.

My secret lies in rest and regular sleep - 8-9 hours, allowing my body to rejuvenate and appear fresh and radiant. Spending time in nature and maintaining an active lifestyle help maintain body tone and muscle flexibility."

When it comes to skincare, I use high-quality cosmetic products. I adore Korean cosmetics. Regular masks and massages help maintain the freshness of my skin.

In my wardrobe, I prefer elegance and femininity. I believe nothing is more attractive than a stylish and elegant woman. Therefore, I keep up with the latest fashion trends and choose clothing that highlights my natural beauty and uniqueness.

All of these together - a healthy lifestyle, quality self-care, and a stylish wardrobe - help me always look flawless and feel beautiful inside and out.

What are your three favorite words in your wardrobe?

My three favorite things in my wardrobe are:

My first Chanel handbag, luxurious and elegant, it has become a symbol of my success and independence. I purchased it with my first significant earnings, and I take great pride in it. If I ever have a daughter, I dream of passing this bag onto her.

A 15-carat heart-shaped ruby pendant, an incredibly precious gift from my beloved husband on our anniversary. This masterpiece represents our boundless love and connection.

The little black dress - an undeniable symbol of elegance and classic style. This exquisite creation from Chanel transcends fashion trends. It is perfect for any occasion and retains its unique beauty even without additional styling. This dress has become my unwavering best friend.
